PURCHASING POLICY

Price
Amount. The price payable for each product you order is that appearing next to the product offered on the site. All prices on the site are in Canadian dollars.
Transportation costs. Transportation and delivery costs, as well as applicable taxes, are extra (unless we indicate that transportation is included) and appear on the screen before confirming your order.
Sales taxes. Applicable sales taxes are extra and appear on screen before confirming your order.
Change in price. Casannita Linge de Maison reserves the right to modify the price of the products offered on the site at any time, without notice.

Payment by credit card
Payment by Visa & MasterCard credit card is accepted.

Exchange and Refund Policy
No refunds are accepted. Any product exchange request will be evaluated by Casannita and must be made within 30 days of order confirmation. Exchange requests made after 30 days of order confirmation will be refused.

Delivery - Reciprocity of obligations
Casannita Linge de Maison will deliver the products ordered by you to the address you provided when ordering. Your order will be processed within a reasonable time of 14 working days. Delivery to Canada only.

Delivery is handled by an independent carrier (Purolator or Canada Post) with signature required upon receipt of the package. Delivery times are 1 to 14 business days in Canada. A tracking number will be sent to the customer by the carrier and/or Casannita Linge de Maison when the package is sent. The customer will be able to contact customer service by telephone (1-888-744-7123) or electronically (www.purolator.com) by mentioning the tracking number of the package which will be issued to them when sent to the customer's email address. In the event that the transport service is provided by Canada Post, the customer has the option of going to one of their postal counters or electronically through the company's website www.postescanada.ca by mentioning the tracking number of packages. In the event that the transport service has not been able to deliver the package by hand to the recipient after two occasions, it reserves the right to re-route the package to the sender, at the expense of the recipient, in this case, the customer. Therefore, in order to reclaim the package, transport costs will be applied again. In the event that the shipment is lost or delivered within a delivery period of 14 working days, Casannita Linge de Maison is not responsible. Please contact the indicated carrier.

Product availability

Inventory. Casannita Linge de Maison does not in any way guarantee the availability in stock of the products offered on the site. If Casannita Linge de Maison cannot deliver any of the products you ordered due to insufficient inventory, Casannita Linge de Maison will refund the amount charged to your credit or debit card. for this product(s) and will send you confirmation of this reimbursement by email.

Damage. Casannita Linge de Maison will at no time be responsible for any damage you may suffer due to insufficient inventory.


Guarantee
Our products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects. It is suggested to inspect them upon receipt. 10 days following receipt of the goods to return any product deemed unsatisfactory. This situation requires first sending a photo by email to annie.comeau@casannita.com. If the situation is deemed acceptable, an equivalent item or item of the same value will be returned to the customer free of charge. No refunds.

Delivery of products

Shipping cost. Delivery costs are $9.00 + taxes and free with any purchase of $75 of product before taxes. They appear on the screen before confirming your order.

Carrier. Delivery of products is subject to the rules of the delivery companies with which Casannita does business. In particular, you are subject to the rules regarding signing an acknowledgment of receipt of the products.
Full payment. Casannita must have received full payment for the products delivered to you before proceeding with their delivery.
